First Friday
First Friday is an extraordinary tradition in many parts of the country. On the First Friday of every month galleries and arts related organizations stay open late for special shows, exhibitions, events, and nearly as importantly community building. Jean-Jacques organized Mt Airy for participation in First Friday in early 2004 and it has become a huge success. We feature new work in the gallery, have an exhibition opening, a special guest, food and drink, and sometimes all of the above. What's happening in Mt Airy?
